Steve Pratt
Stephen is passionate about building trust and developing strong leaders. Over the past 20 years, Stephen has established the reputation and expectation that he will work alongside leaders, educating and sharing experiences along the way. These experiences help navigate real situations that business owners engage in daily.
Stephen’s unique background includes an undergraduate degree in Finance from Suffolk University, professional experience across many industries, a Masters of Talent and Organization Development degree from Queens University Charlotte and more recently becoming a Mentor within the McColl School of Business at Queens University Charlotte.
Stephen is focused on building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by going above and beyond to ensure they get the results they are looking for.
